Shipping Destinations

We accept orders from Malaysia and international customers, subject to courier availability, destination restrictions and shipping arrangements.

International shipping availability will be confirmed individually.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees depend on the destination, parcel weight, dimensions, packaging requirements and courier service.

For destinations with published shipping rates at checkout, the displayed shipping fee will apply unless a change is agreed with the customer before payment.

For destinations requiring manual quotations, shipping charges will be confirmed before payment is requested.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed after stock availability and payment have been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and courier service. Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery timeframe before payment where a manual quotation is required.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations, customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs taxes and destination-country charges unless otherwise agreed.

Orders are subject to applicable shipping restrictions and customs requirements.

In-Store Pickup

Customers may arrange to collect their confirmed orders from Critical Hit TCG at Bukit Jambul, Penang.

Shipping Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs.
