Return Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests for products that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly supplied

We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, accidental purchases or personal preferences.

Nothing in this policy limits customers’ rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Trading Card Singles

Trading card singles may vary in condition. Customers should review the product description and photographs before purchasing.

Condition-related issues that were accurately disclosed before purchase are not normally grounds for return, unless otherwise required by law.

Sealed Products

Sealed products are not generally eligible for change-of-mind returns once purchased.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied sealed products remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

The seven-day reporting period helps us investigate delivery problems and does not remove any rights available under applicable law.

Return Procedure

Our team will review the issue and provide return instructions where required.

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Return Shipping

Where we are responsible for supplying a damaged, defective or incorrect product, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Critical Hit TCG as required by applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method.
